mobile_width=\u00a0\u00bb0&Prime; width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/1&Prime; uncode_shortcode_id=\u00a0\u00bb711417&Prime;][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=\u00a0\u00bb120693&Prime;]<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">Afin de d\u00e9terminer si le reconditionnement influe sur la pr\u00e9cision de la quantification des prot\u00e9ines, nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 le test BCA de Pierce selon deux m\u00e9thodes : une m\u00e9thode sur microplaque (plaques en polystyr\u00e8ne \u00e0 96 puits) et une m\u00e9thode sur tube (tubes de microcentrifugation en polypropyl\u00e8ne de 1,5 ml).<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">Trois microplaques et 18 tubes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 soumis \u00e0 cinq cycles de reconditionnement et r\u00e9utilis\u00e9s pour r\u00e9aliser le dosage apr\u00e8s chaque cycle, en comparaison avec des consommables neufs \u00e0 chaque cycle. Les deux formats ont suivi <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thermofisher.com\/document-connect\/document-connect.html?url=https:\/\/assets.thermofisher.com\/TFS-Assets%2FLSG%2Fmanuals%2FMAN0011430_Pierce_BCA_Protein_Asy_UG.pdf\">les protocoles<\/a> BCA standard, avec 9 \u00e9talons de concentration et un blanc \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau Milli-Q dans chaque condition. L\u2019absorbance a \u00e9t\u00e9 mesur\u00e9e \u00e0 562 nm, et des courbes d\u2019\u00e9talonnage ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tablies pour chaque condition. Pour les tubes, les valeurs de R\u00b2 sont rest\u00e9es syst\u00e9matiquement sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 0.99, tant pour les tubes neufs que pour les tubes reconditionn\u00e9s, et aucune diff\u00e9rence statistiquement significative n&rsquo;a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9tect\u00e9e au niveau de l&rsquo;absorbance pour aucun des \u00e9talons. L\u2019absorbance \u00e0 blanc des tubes reconditionn\u00e9s \u00e9tait l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle des tubes neufs (d\u2019environ 0.003 unit\u00e9 d\u2019absorbance), mais cette diff\u00e9rence n\u2019\u00e9tait pas statistiquement significative.
